Biggest Ride So Far
Sunday 20th Mar 70km ride. Bit sore- been averaging 22km so pushed it a bit. Pleasantly surprised with the ride and how it went.
Half way Mark
Tuesday 15th Mar Week 3 begins and the half way mark has been reached. I adjusted my ride target as I realised the old legs can do a bit more than I initially thought.
Preparing for lots of Bike Riding
