Friday 1st Apr Well, what a month, nothing much but rain and plenty of it. Not the weather wanted to go riding for anything or anyone. What a shame I couldn't keep up the ride for this organisation. Hope next year is a bit better weather for riding. Share

Wednesday 30th Mar One day to go, will the rain stop for 1 hour so I can get out and add to my k's ridden for this great cause. I hope it does allow me. Share

Friday 11th Mar Well, the day was fair yesterday to get on the bike once more, last time being after the Great Cycle Challenge in October 2021. Tried to get on again but the rain has been non stop. Thursday 10 was fair so out and did 10kms then today was a bit better but also a bit cooler, but out again and did 11kms so now hoping for some more fine weather soon. in the meantime, broke my big toe on my left foot, so wondering how that will go on the bike wearing the cycle shoes, will I be able to get my foot in the shoes and pedal with the broken toe. Story tomorrow night. Share
